What Self OS is, and what it is not
Coaching and education, held by a clinician who keeps the two doors separate. Read this before you enroll; it is the same ground the agreement stands on.

What the Program is
Self OS is an educational and self-reflection program. It offers a framework, practices, guided reflection, and a private journal to help you understand your own patterns and choose your next steps. The Program is delivered by your guide, Elizabeth Macshadiya, in live video sessions and through the Self OS platform.
What the Program is not
Self OS is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical care, or psychiatric care. It does not assess, diagnose, or treat any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. The professional background of your guide (a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner) informs the education you receive; it does not create a clinician-patient relationship, and your guide will not act as your clinician within the Program. If you want clinical care, we will help you find a licensed clinician in your state.
Your own care stays yours
Your health care remains with your own clinicians. You agree not to start, stop, or change any treatment or medication based on anything in the Program without talking to the clinician who manages it. If you ask your guide a question about a symptom, a medication, a supplement, a hormone, or a diagnosis, your guide will point you to a licensed clinician rather than answer it in the Program.
Safety and crisis
The Program does not provide crisis services. If you are in crisis, have thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, or need urgent help, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. If crisis language appears in your journal or check-ins, the platform shows crisis resources immediately and your guide follows up the same day. Program work pauses until safety is established with a licensed clinician. Your guide may pause or end the Program, with a warm referral, if the Program is no longer the right container for you.
Kept separate
Mosaic Within is a coaching and education company. It is separate from Mosaic Mental Health, PLLC, the clinical practice. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Mosaic Mental Health, PLLC provides clinical psychiatric care in the states where it is licensed, through its own intake and its own records. Enrolling in Self OS does not make you a patient of the practice, and being a patient of the practice does not enroll you in Self OS.
