Privacy notice

Who we are

Mosaic Within, LLC, the coaching brand of Elizabeth Macshadiya. Contact: info@mosaicselfos.com.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone if you give it, and state of residence; your country and time zone if you give them (used only to schedule one-to-one sessions); and, if you tell us, how you found Mosaic Within. Your answers to the three enrollment questions and any note your guide keeps about your enrollment. Your assessment answers and the report written from them. Your journal entries, check-ins, and practice logs inside the platform. Your messages to your guide and the replies, if messaging is part of your Program. Your session notes, kept by your guide. Your payment record (Square holds your card details; we never see them). Two short self-reflection measures at the start and end of the Program and your feedback.

Why

To run the Program, to keep you safe (crisis language surfaces resources and alerts your guide), to improve the Program, and to report on it in aggregate without identifying you.

The tools we use

The Self OS platform, our own software, hosted in the United States with its database and backups there; Square (payment; we never see or store your card number); our email provider (delivery of the messages described above, never journal content); and Typeform only if you complete the Wholeness Check there. Your journal, check-ins, practice logs, messages, measures, and session notes live inside the platform and nowhere else; an email may tell you a reply is waiting, but never carries the words. If you took the full Self OS Assessment before enrolling, its answers and report were handled by the assessment pipeline described on that form (Typeform, Zapier, Notion, and an AI writing service that drafts the report narrative from your fixed scores and your own words). Each tool has its own security practices; we choose them for that.

Who sees your data

Your guide. A contracted Mosaic Within assistant for scheduling and administration, under a confidentiality agreement, who does not read journal content except when you ask for help with the platform. No one at any clinical practice, including any practice your guide owns, unless you give separate written consent.

Coaching records are not medical records

They are confidential personal records, kept apart from any clinical chart.

How long

Program records are kept for three years after the Program ends, then deleted. Journal content is kept as long as your account is open. Recordings, if any, are deleted 30 days after the cohort ends.

Your choices

Ask to see your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing us; we respond within 30 days. Deleting your journal ends the Program record for you. You can unsubscribe from Program emails at any time; safety-related messages during an active Program may still be sent.

Children

The Program is for adults 18 and over.

Changes

We will tell you by email if this notice changes.
