How messaging works
Where. Messages are written and read inside your account, on this page, never by text or email. An email tells you when Elizabeth has replied; the reply itself stays here.
How much. Up to 8 messages a week from you, written Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM Central, each up to 2,500 characters. Elizabeth's replies are not counted. The count starts again every Monday, Central time.
When. Elizabeth replies the same business day, Monday to Friday, Central time. A message sent after 3 PM Central, at the weekend or on a US holiday is answered the next business day.
Who. Coaching clients (the cohort or a one-to-one track), and members who hold the book, the Journey and the membership. Included with The Unheld and Known Self for the length of that program. Seats are limited so the same-business-day promise holds: 25 at a time.
Not for crisis. Messaging is not for crisis. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 now, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Anything urgent about your safety needs a phone call, not a message.
